We cant wait to have you join us for a class and meet our amazing instructors!!  We know you may be just as excited as us, before scheduling  please take a second to read the following: 

• Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be practicing skills that require working on your hands and knees, bending, standing, and lifting. If you have physical conditions that might prevent you from participating in the course, please tell one of the instructors when you arrive for class. The instructor will work to accommodate your needs within the stated course completion requirements.
• Classes are first come, first served. Your spot in the classroom is only guaranteed after final payment is made. 
• Once your spot is guaranteed, please watch your email for instructions and important information pertaining to your course. 
• Be sure to provide the correct email address and phone number you would like to be contacted with when registering for a course.
• Please arrive on time. Classes start at scheduled start time ON TIME, doors will not be unlocked once class has started.
• We love to keep a fun, relaxed and stress- free environment. NO unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying or disruptions in class  will be tolerated. Engaging in such behavior will result in removal from classroom. In the event you are removed from a class, you will NOT be allowed to reschedule and no refunds will be issued.
